In this period of the year in which more than ever we understand the importance of time dedicated to one's loved ones, to strengthening values and bonds that have been blamelessly neglected, art also unites in a common project.
IN CONTACT seeks to transcend the contemporary boundaries of individual artistic endeavors, placing emphasis on the power of collaboration and the dialogue that arises when different artists find themselves at a common point in time and space. Intertwining and exchanges between their different visions and sensibilities create fertile ground from which new ideas germinate and intertwine, giving rise to a collective expression that is greater than the sum of its individual parts.
Spending time together therefore, for good wishes, good wishes, and talking; not only of art and artists but with artists, since fundamental for art is the union and sharing of thoughts and intentions, between those who create, those who watch, those who talk about it or even those who just listen in silence.

On 22 June 2021, the large sculpture portraying the face of Leonardo Da Vinci was inaugurated, with permanent placement, in the gardens of the Riso Scotti factory in Pavia. The work of Eleonora Francioni and Antonio Mastromarino, already exhibited in 2019 in front of Palazzo Mezzabarba for the "Looking for Mona Lisa" exhibition, has become the symbol of the company's sustainability project.
Words have their own value and their own origin and conceive derives from the Latin con capere, or "to take oneself", but also "with - to take". It is in both meanings of the word that the Concipiente, by Francioni and Mastromarino, investigates.
Woman as the one who conceives, who gives life, who welcomes the perpetuation of the species into her womb.
At the same time, the creation of someone unknown takes place, of a unique life born from the union of two different and independent souls, but which find new unexpected and surprising interconnections in the welcoming nest of the Mother-Woman.
It is the acceptance of the Concipient who widens her nest, a delicate interweaving of threads laid with incessant patience and tenacity to make it more solid and secure, which makes possible not only the acceptance of the new life, but also the discovery and acceptance of the own soul.
Conceive in the meaning of welcoming into oneself, of starting to feel, to experience and nourish a new feeling. Phase possible only after having welcomed oneself into that same nest. Which is protection and safe refuge for what Love places on the path, whether they are parts of our soul or faces other than us, but to which we are instinctively turned.
Woman, the Concipient, who welcomes into her mind, not only into her body. She senses, understands and deeply understands the world around her, in its thousand facets. She is intrigued and attracted by it. He feels the surrounding vibrations by closing his eyes and letting the emotion of his heartbeats choose what needs to be protected in that nest.
Woman generator of ideas, projects, inventions, delicately kept in her cerebral womb. Intuitions that become concrete, that take shape, are shaped in his mind and become reality through his proud gaze, straight ahead projected with innate courage towards the future.
This is his goal, the future, moving forward. The Latin destination was not a point of arrival, but rather a fundamental stage in the journey of a lifetime. Nodal and turning point, one of the thousand weavings of her nest: every crossing of blades of grass is a fundamental moment in the growth of her soul as a Woman, as a Mother, as a Generator, as a Concipient.
The Concipient is the manifestation of what Love is in one of its broadest and deepest manifestations, it is allowing oneself to be permeated and enriched by oneself, by the world and by the other. And it doesn't matter whether the latter is the love of a life, a child, an idea or a passer-by on the street. The Concipient will be ready to welcome its essence into its nest. She will hold on to herself without preconceptions, without filters, she will rework in an ever new way, she will protect with tenacity and obstinacy that essence of Love that has touched her face, arriving at one of her goals. It will thus pluck another blade of grass to weave with the others in the nest, which will change, grow, evolve, as much as the Concipient itself will; it is the essence of the feminine whose distinctive trait is change and evolution.

A widespread and immersive exhibition "Looking for Mona Lisa. Mysteries and ironies around the most famous Pop icon", curated by Valerio Dehò, exhibited from 24 November to 29 March in the most important venues dedicated to art in Pavia, celebrates the fifth centenary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci, explores the connection between the Florentine genius and the city and investigates the mysteries and legends surrounding the famous figure of the Mona Lisa. The exhibition, promoted and organized by the Municipality of Pavia with the support of the Banca del Monte di Lombardia Foundation, involves the church of Santa Maria Gualtieri, the Spazio Arti Contemporanee del Broletto, the Castello Visconteo, the Piazza del Municipio and offers works of art distinctly contemporary, from painting to sculpture, from installation to multimedia works, some of which were created for the occasion and all united by the essential relationship with the past, with history and with the great Master
Cibart 2019 – Antonio Mastromarino and Eleonora Francioni, in collaboration with ERSU Spa (an organization that manages urban waste in the Apuan-Versilia area), make the precious union between art and environmental protection possible.
[.. The two have created, with a robotic milling technique whose application in the artistic field they are currently experimenting with, sculpture works made of recycled material, that is, with the books that citizens have wanted to discard and which, rather than following the usual destination foreseen at the waste collection centres, were re-used, returning to new life]
