SensoUnico

SENSOUNICO

Man, infinite possibilities in a single sense

A long arrow to establish the meaning, the direction to travel.

SensoUnico, scultura di Eleonora Francioni e Antonio Mastromarino, artisti a Pietrasanta.

One-way direction is the "obligatory" direction that our existence seems to have.

14 faces identical in somatic features but different in colour, follow a single direction, an obligatory direction. The sculpture reveals the different identities that we show to others every day, forced to play a part in a Pirandellian identity crisis.

"Senso Unico" represents an invitation to break the limits imposed on us, to find the strength to express our individuality and to navigate through the complex dynamics of life; a challenge to explore new paths, to discover our true essence and to reaffirm our uniqueness in the world.
